Sincerity Café is a great spot for good food and coffee. The sando is tasty and filling, the drinks and coffees are exceptional! Ordering is easy with the QR code system, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The outdoor seating is dog-friendly, clean, and you don’t need to battle with flies. A perfect place to enjoy a meal and unwind!

We stopped by Sincerity Bake & Brew by Jacorey Cafe on a Thursday morning and had a really pleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and provided quick, attentive service. Although the café itself is quite small, it has a cozy atmosphere, and the friendliness of the team makes it feel very welcoming. We ordered a few coffees along with a croissant. Impressively, all the coffees were served at the same time, which shows great attention to service. Each cup was well-prepared, smooth, and flavorful—clearly made with care. The croissant was fresh, flaky, and paired perfectly with the coffee. It’s easy to see why this café could be a favorite spot for locals. The balance of quality coffee, tasty pastries, and excellent service makes it stand out in the area. While the space may be limited, the positive energy of the staff and the consistency in what they serve more than make up for it. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend giving Sincerity Bake & Brew by Jacorey Cafe a try. It’s one of those places where you not only enjoy good coffee and dessert but also leave feeling genuinely welcomed.

I would like to give Jacorey Dessert a 100% perfect score for everything. They put so much care into developing and preparing their dishes. Through tasting their food and drinks, I can tell they're driven by a desire to share delicious food with the public, not simply to profit. Most commendable, their "real egg tarts" are truly amazing! I've tried many egg tarts, all with pre-made crusts, and commercial egg tarts taught in regular baking schools. Theirs, however, clearly represents the result of countless attempts to refine their taste. I ordered a cup of ice brown sugar cream latte w/ espresso today, and its rich coffee aroma has made me can't acceptable other coffee shop. Thank you for sharing this delicious food, and thank you for brightening my Sunday morning. I want to share this wonderful experience with everyone as well. Appreciate it. (By the way, their on egg tart set is four, I just can't wait to eat one before I took a picture.)

I come here often. Normally, on a Sunday morning, around 8am, just after they have opened. There aren't as many people so the atmosphere is more enjoyable. It is a very busy cafe and there can be long wait times for food and noisy groups of people. It's not a very big cafe inside, so it can be a bit much at times. However, other than these two small issues, I would have to say that the food is worth the wait. A little on the more expensive side for some items, but everything I've had the chance of devouring has been delicious. I come often as I said but forget to take photos. The Mushroom Chicken Truffle is TO DIE FOR. THE CREAM SAUCE IS GENUINELY AMAZING. Like, I would recommend 10/10. I would say that your eyes definitely eat first, aesthetically speaking all of the plating up and presentation is divine. If you love Jacorey in the Valley and find yourself on the south side of Brisbane, then definitely check out Sincerity. You won't be let down.

Charming little cafe serving quality coffee and creative bites. It is a homey spot tucked under a residential building. It feels like one of those hidden gems that belongs to the neighbourhood. They serve good coffee, smooth matcha, sandos and other typical brekkie favourites. We ordered the Spicy Croissant Dog and it did not disappoint. Grilled pork sausage, red onion, chilli flakes, sweet mustard pickle, black pepper, melted Mexican cheese and a hint of Tabasco all wrapped in a flaky, buttery croissant. It was beautifully plated, delicious and well-balanced. I personally didn’t think this was spicy at all. Service was warm, food came out quickly and overall this is a spot worth coming back to for a casual, satisfying meal. A lovely local vibe with good attention to quality and detail.
